1The service
Wasla lets anyone alert a vehicle's owner from a QR sticker without seeing their details.
2Not an emergency service
In immediate danger, call the emergency services.
3Ordering and payment
The sticker is sold at the price shown when ordering and paid in cash on delivery. Any delivery fee is shown before you confirm.
4Service period and renewal
The price includes two years of service, counted from activation.
Renewal is never automatic. The owner requests it from their account, we get in touch to arrange payment, and service is extended once received, from the expiry date, or from the payment date if that date has passed.
Without renewal, the person scanning sees the sticker is unavailable. The owner's account and car book are not affected.
5Acceptable use
Messages must be about the vehicle. Insults, harassment, advertising and repeated messages are banned and may lead to a block.
6Availability
We do our best to keep the service running but can't guarantee it will never be interrupted.
